Angelina Damiani is a passionate and determined theatre student, graduating in May 2023 from Dean College. She is set to graduate with a B.A. in Theatre with a concentration in Musical Theatre and a minor in dance. Angelina strives to do work that allows people to rethink the way they view theatre and to bring new life to old concepts. Some of her most memorable works include playing Bart Simpson in Mr. Burns a post-electric play and working in a stage combat show Daughters with Daggers. She has also choreographed for shows like Hello Dolly, Peter Pan Jr. and Newsies, and directed What the Bellhop saw, The Audition and The Odd Couple. Angelina has received awards for ensemble work for The Importance of Being Earnest, and Mr. Burns a post-electric play, as well as Best Overall Choreography for her work in Newsies.
Some of the goals for Angelina Damiani are to broaden her stage combat knowledge, as well as to continue to study in Meisner technique and Second Circle work. She wishes to get the chance to perform for larger theatre companies and to make many connections in the industry. Angelina loves wracking her brain to work outside of the box, and sometimes finds herself tap dancing to make that happen. She hopes that she can create an interesting story for her life and to leave her mark on the world, so get ready to join her on her journey.
